4th VALFIDUS seminar

Zecamp in the Vercors has been the setting of Valfidus 2022 seminar. The Directors of the Executive Committee were able to reinforce the team spirit through Biathlon with our great five times Olympic champion Martin Fourcade and to work on two key themes: the Group’s carbon footprint and talent management. A great experience and a very strong group dynamic successfully shared together.

Opening of Sepalumic Senegal

As part of its international development, Sepalumic inaugurated its new site in Senegal on November 18, 2021.

Already present for several years on the African continent with Sepalumic Morocco, the will of the family group is to continue to support the local development of customers by providing them with maximum service.

"This strategy offers more flexibility and proximity to our customers. In addition, the aluminium market is booming in Senegal; it is therefore a strategic place to support our customers and help them respond positively to a greater number of cases." analyses Chris Ward, Business Manager of Sepalumic International. The Sepalumic Senegal site is located near Dakar and consists of a new warehouse and a new lacquering line with 2450 m2 of overall interior surface and 1200 m2 of storage.

New Photovoltaic power plant in Marville

On 9th September, we had the pleasure of attending the inauguration of France’s second largest photovoltaic power plant, built jointly by our partner TSE and Enerpark.

The VALFIDUS group is committed to playing its role in the energy transition and participating in the preservation of biodiversity alongside equally ambitious and committed players! The Valfidus group has taken a stake in the company Cueillette Urbaine

Cueillette Urbaine was born from the meeting of two people passionate about innovation and agriculture (Paul Rousselin and Pierre-Frédéric Bouvet) and their desire to make the urban environment more vegetal and pleasantly habitable. Our participation is part of our desire to promote socially, and environmentally responsible projects related to our activities, first and foremost those of our real estate division.

Valfidus Group has taken a majority stake in Urba Select.

Present for about ten years in the real estate sector, Urba Select has developed a unique algorithm facilitating the search for land and the modeling of real estate projects. With this partnership, Valfidus will support Urba Select in its development so that it becomes a reference player in its sector of activity.

Sam Laidlow wins the triathlon in Spain

This Sunday, Sam won the first triathlon of Girona in Spain in front of no less than 1000 high-level international athletes.

New Extrusion Press at Anodall

From May 2021, a new extrusion press of Anodall started working. This new press means for Anodall the increase of production capacity in the extrusion process (around 10 thousand tons more) that leads directly to more service for our customers. It’s a modern press, hybrid, so energy-saving and sustainable and guarantees excellent efficiency and reliability.

This Sunday, February 28 Alexia Barrier crossed the finish line of the Sables d'Olonne after 111 days, 17 hours, 03 minutes of round-the-world racing solo, non-stop and without assistance.
