Jean-Christophe Vidal-Revel

Shareholder & President

Jean-Christophe joined the family business in 1993 as Director of the windows & doors activity. In 1997, he assumed leadership of the entire group. He led business development in France for Sepalumic and Prefal, and from 2011 led the group’s internationalisation with the acquisition of AluK.

Cécile Sibertin-Blanc

Shareholder & CEO

Cécile joined the family business in 1997 as Export & Logistics Manager with Sepalumic. She now manages risk management and the group’s commitment to quality (including ISO certification) as well as administrative & human resources policy, especially regarding group leadership executive recruitment.

Laurent Gilles

Group CFO

Laurent worked more than 10 years at KPMG. He was in the Paris office until 2007 and then moved to Shanghai for five years, including three as head of the French Desk. He returned to Europe in 2011, came to Luxembourg and took the South America Controller role within Millicom International Cellular. Laurent joined Valfidus in early 2014 as Group CFO.

Miguel de la Serna

General Counsel

Miguel started his legal career in 2000 with a top Belgian law firm. He then served as Head of International and M&A taxation in an international financial institution. Miguel holds a law degree from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium, and has further master’s degrees in taxation, business economics, and financial risk management. Miguel joined Valfidus in June 2013 as General Counsel.

Sophie Caruso

Office Manager

Sophie started her career as a luxury store manager in 2009, first with the ZANNIER group in France, then in the SMCP group, for the Maje brand, in Luxembourg. She managed the Christian Louboutin Store in Luxembourg, between 2016 and 2020. Sophie also holds a Master’s degree in Contemporary History from the University of Metz. Sophie joined Valfidus in February 2020 as Office Manager.

Juan Navas Glembotzky

Legal Manager

Juan started his career at the European Commission in Brussels. He then worked as a lawyer in a Madrid law firm before moving to Paris to become the in-house lawyer for two international industrial groups. Juan holds a law degree (University of Castilla-La Mancha), an LL.M. in business law (University of Navarra), and an LL.M. in European competition and IP law (University of Liège). Juan joined Valfidus in 2015 as Legal Manager.

Amélie Detti

Group Insurance Manager

Amélie started her career in 2004 as an executive assistant in Deloitte Luxembourg’s M&A department. She then held the positions of executive assistant and client management officer for Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Luxembourg. Amélie holds a master’s degree in foreign languages, finance, and international management (University of Metz, France). She joined Valfidus in October 2016 as a Legal Officer.

Claire Noto

Head of Controlling

Claire worked more than 10 years in the Controlling & Strategy department of RTL Group. Since 2008, she supervised and analyzed the financial and operational performance of several Group subsidiaries. She primarily focused on preparing financial reporting, reviewing business proposals and following-up the performance of current and new businesses. Claire holds among others, a Master’s degree in economics from Warwick University. She joined Valfidus in early 2020 as Head of Controlling.

Magali Viaris

Corporate Controller

Magali started her career in 2012 as a consultant in the Transaction Advisory services department of EY in Paris. She primarily worked on Independent Business Review for distressed situations, Financial Due Diligence, Cash and WCR optimization. She then joined Faurecia where she worked for 3 years as a financial controller, supervising all cash reporting processes for 1 of the 3 of BUs of the Group. Magali joined Valfidus in early 2020 as Group controller.

André Pesh

Group Treasurer

André started his banking career in 2009 within the Graduate program of BNP Paribas in Luxembourg. He later specialized in Corporate Banking, held various positions as credit analyst, relationship manager and manager in structured finance & syndication within multiple bank institutions. Andre holds among others, degrees in economics and finance from Miami University of Ohio. He joined Valfidus in September 2017 as Group Treasurer.

Catherine Decuber

Head of Consolidation

Catherine started her career as accountant at Deloitte Luxembourg. She has mainly worked on client assignments, including investment fund accounting and general accounting. She joined the Socfin Group as Head of Accounting for Holding Companies. She specialized in consolidation, working on the implementation of IFRS and the development of consolidated accounts for 15 years. Catherine has joined Valfidus since October 2018 as Head of Consolidation and Reporting.

Mickaël Loc

Reporting & Consolidation Manager

Mickaël graduated with a Master II in Accounting, Control, Audit from IAE Gustave Eiffel from the University of Paris XII. Within the Financial Departments of large groups such as HAVAS, BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION and CASTEL, Mickaël contributed to the production of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and French GAAP under SAP FC as well as the development of the budget process international groups. He was in charge of integrating the Group’s strategic acquisitions (M&A). He also contributed significantly to the redesign of their procedures / tools in the context of the implementation of a Group ERP (SAP) and participated in the project to reduce closing times (FAST CLOSE). Mickaël joined VALFIDUS as Reporting & Consolidation Manager.

Céline Denis

Senior Accountant

Celine began her career as an accountant in an expertise firm (Société Fiduciaire de l’Est), managing the accounting and taxation of crafts and small traders, in Thionville (France) for 5 years. Then she joined the firm ADHEO 109 where she developed her skills and autonomy in the management of the portfolio of French companies, for 13 years. Working since November 2017 as a senior accountant, she is in charge of the accounts of the holding companies.

Marie Angotti

Accountant

Marie started her career as an accountant in an accounting firm in France for 4 years. She then worked for Barisien as an accountant, a company that joined the SUEZ Environnement group in 2013. Since April 2019 Marie has joined the Valfidus team in Luxembourg as an Accountant, and she oversees the accounts of French photovoltaic companies.

Victor Vidal-Revel

CSR Project Manager

Following his Bachelor’s degree in International Business between London and Madrid, Victor joined Valfidus in Controlling Department before dedicating himself entirely to the environmental impact of industrial activities, as part of the group’s CSR commitment.

Emmanuel Rolland

CEO Care Promotion

Emmanuel graduated from ESCP-Europe. From 2001 to 2014, he held several positions at Bouygues Immobilier, working as a developer and as a project manager, and led several Regional branches. From 2015 to 2017, he headed the real estate development at Crédit Agricole. He managed the boom in sales of the residential subsidiary, and redeveloped the commercial RE division. Emmanuel created Care Promotion in June 2017.

François Moison

President of Valimmo

François joined the real estate business in 1999, specialising in facilities and utilities management. He worked until 2006 with ICADE, focusing on real estate investment with private equity companies and family offices. In 2010, he developed an advice and project ownership assistance service, before joining Valimmo at the end of 2016.

Hélène Roux

Chairman of the board AluK SA

Hélène started her career as a consultant with Deloitte Audit & M&A. She then joined Reuters as CFO and later became the leader of Hydro Building Systems International department . She joined Valfidus in 2012 as Business Development Manager, and she has led the AluK Group since 2014.

Matthieu Viennet

President of Livinx

After passing a master degree at EDHEC Business School, Matthieu Viennet joined the real estate business in 2004. He worked until 2007 with Bouygues Immobilier, focussing on residential and office building projects.

From 2008 to 2016, he developped single-family houses, multi-unit housing, social and intermediate housing  for Elgea in Paris Region. In 2017, he created  LIVINX.

Massimo Giunta

CEO Paesani

Massimo started his career with seven years as an administrative manager in the pet food industry. In 1995 he joined Paesani S.r.l. where he worked on a new operating costs analysis system. He is currently General Manager of the Paesani Group.

David Raguet

CEO Valénergies

After graduating from Kedge Business School in 1991, David successively held positions in sales, international development and general management, notably in industrial companies such as Saint-Gobain Glass, Bosch Rexroth, Spoolex and Bft France. In 2007 he set up his company in renewable energy, an area in which he will remain, managing Eneco, then Albioma in France, before joining ValEnergies in October 2019.

Marco Pedrocchi

CEO Anodall Extrusion

He started his professional experience in 1990 as a processes engineer in the railway products sector at LUCCHINI SpA, moving towards production and consulting roles up to the position of Plant Manager at BODEGA in 2002.

Subsequently he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at RiRi Group SA, General Manager at EREDI GNUTTI METALLI SpA and reached ALUK in 2013 as Managing Director of ALUK Italy. In January 2018, he was also appointed Chief Executive Officer of ANODALL EXTRUSION SpA.

François Bourgoin

President of HPG Group

Francois started his international career in the 90s, in sales and marketing positions. He joined the American group Nacco (Hyster & Yale), worldwide leader in forklifts field to develop a distribution network in France, Germany and Austria. From 2002 to 2012, he led several Knauf Group subsidiaries in France, a European manufacturer well-known in the construction materials market. He then joined the Hörmann Group as General Manager of the French subsidiary. Currently he manages the HPG Invest Group and its portfolio of the following brands Prefal, Alupreference, Préfalu and Bieber.

Valentin Vanderperre

Founder & CEO Urba Select

After graduating from ESCEM Tours in 2010, he began his career in retail at BMW Group and Coca Cola company. In 2012, he joined his brother Clément, an urban planning engineer. Together, they are developing a disruptive solution in how to source new construction projects.

Angel Plaza

Senior Industrial Consultant

Angel Plaza has a MSc in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Valfidus in June 2020 as Senior Industrial consultant. He has over 25 years’ experience in Aluminium Industry having served in various management and leadership positions; starting as project engineer at Remetal (aluminium smelter) in Spain. He then joined Metales Extruidos (aluminium extrusion) as plant manager, and specialized in optimization of process and intralogistics, with continuous improvement for 15 years. After that, he worked at Alueuropa for 7 years (aluminium extrusion) as plant manager, helping the company to develop their expansion plans, from 1 to 4 production sites around Spain.

Elisa Vidal-Revel

President of Weeeze

Elisa became Weeeze president in July 2020. She has a master’s degree in Physical Engineering and has completed her studies with an Internship at IBM in Zurich, Switzerland about quantized thermoelectric transport insingle molecule junction.

Olivier Cros

CEO of Sepalumic

Olivier followed a business and management course at ISG Paris. After a first career of 10 years within the company XEROX in which he held cross-functional marketing and operational functions for large accounts, Olivier took over a company distributing hardware and IT solutions.He began a second career in 2001 by joining the Installux group as Sales Director for 20 years, during which he learned about all the cross-functional functions of the aluminum line designer (R&D, communication, sales administration, customer IT, support technical, and commercial…).

Olivier joined the Sepalumic group as Chief Executive Officer in January 2022.
